Five simple exercises to eliminate your double chin

A double chin one thing that is usually linked with weight increase, but no you don’t have to be gaining weight or overweight to have one. Looser skin resulting from aging may also cause a double chin. We all have tried everything to veil our double chin from wearing a high-neck top or tilting our heads just right when our picture taken. But there are facial exercises that can eliminate a double chin naturally, excluding any chemical-based creams.

1. Lip pull:

One of the most effective exercises for your face, when performed frequently can help in lifting up the face muscles, making you look more young with high cheekbones and a prominent jaw line.

You can start by standing or sitting position with your head in the normal position. Now
Lift your lower lip up as much as can by pushing the lower jaw out. You will feel the stretch in the chin muscles and jaw line. Keep yourself in this posture for 10 to 15 seconds and relax. You should redo this exercise 10 to 15 times at a stretch.

2. Fish face:

This is one of the easiest and best exercise for your face also known as the “smiling fish face”. This exercise helps in leveling and toning the cheek muscles and reducing the flabbiness.

Just Simply suck in your cheeks and lips and form a fish face, and now try smiling, hold this position for five seconds, you will feel the tension in your cheeks and jaws. Now relax and again repeat it 15 to 20 times at a stretch.

3.Chin lifts:

Automatically helps in stretching most of the muscles associated with your face, including the jaw, throat and neck. Begin by looking upwards towards the ceiling, keeping your eyes fixed towards it. Now, make your lips tight, as if trying to kiss the ceiling, hold it till a count of 5 seconds and relax. Repeat it 10 to 20 times at a stretch.

4. Platysma tone:

This helps in leveling the chin and cheek muscles. platysma also helps in firming the neckline and prevents sagging of the neck.

you can open your mouth pulling back your lips a little and turning them downward, move your jaw up and down while keeping your lips pressed against the teeth. Keep in mind that the muscles of the jaw should get busy and the tendons of the neck should feel the tension.

5. Cheek lifts:

A wide smile is one of the most effective exercises to level and tone the cheek muscles; this cheek lift exercise is actually based on the smile movement itself. It helps in firming drooping cheeks and smoothing cheek folds to give you a youthful face.

you can begin with positioning yourself in a comfortable sitting position and smile as wide as you can and lift yup your cheeks towards your eyes. Hold the position for 15 seconds and relax your face. You can repeat it 15 times at a stretch for best results.
